Ghana: Puma Energy to Power Service Stations with Solar Energy

International energy company, Puma Energy, has launched 11 solar projects at its various service stations in Ghana and a further three at its terminals across the country.
The 14 solar and battery-powered service stations – which have a total energy capacity of 422kWp – are part of the company’s Future Energies business, which aims to promote the use of renewables across Ghana and the world.
The Future Energies project is committed to the development of lower carbon, renewable energy systems, energy management and storage in emerging markets across the Americas, Africa, and Asia-Pacific where, the drive towards renewables have been slower.
