70 Stellar Speakers Share their Thoughts on ‘Borderless Work’ at the HREA Work Festival 2021

The 2-day HREA Work Festival 2021 which held from April 14 to 15 had leaders in technology, finance, healthcare, human resource, governance and social enterprise, among others, lead conversations around new trends in the world of work as can be witnessed in the different sectors of the economy globally. 

The event attracted over 5,000 participants from across industries that make up today’s global workforce, many seeking to build profitable connections and great businesses under a serene learning and exhibition environment.

Owing to Covid-19 protocols, a limited number of participants took part in the physical activities at the Landmark Event Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos, while the vast majority of virtual participants were treated to what the organizers describe as “the best multi-platform technology experience in global conferencing” through the HREA dedicated AI-powered virtual conference hub.

Altogether, about 80 globally-renowned resource persons, assembled to showcase what the future of work in the global workplace looks like today and share deep insights on the bustling global market ecosystem.

Speaking about the impact of the sessions, the organizers, in a post-event statement, said, “the participants, no doubt, left with a far greater knowledge base”.

In a chat with Business Day Newspaper correspondent, founder of HREA and the convener HREA Work Festival 2021, Mrs. Erefa Fynecontry-Coker was excited about the impact of the speakers at the festival. She said, “I am so excited about successful participation of our stellar lineup of global speakers at this year’s event. We have been consistent in bringing some of the best minds shaping the world of work to our events. This year, I can say we assembled our best lineup yet. Speaking further, she added that “The overall event lived up to the expectations of all participants. We delivered on our promise of an enthralling and impactful work festival.
