She has extensive experience in matrimonial cases, dispute resolution, corporate legal practice and general advisory work. She has done research in diverse areas of law which include oil & gas law, employment law, property law and family & probate law.

Tayo holds a Bachelors degree in law (LLB) and a Master of laws degree (LLM) from Queen Mary, University of London. She attended the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She has a Head Start Certificate in Public Speaking, Leadership Skills and Interview Skills.

Prior to joining Pistis Partners LLP., Tayo had worked with reputable law firms in the United Kingdom such as Lawson Turner & Gilbert Solicitors, Thomas Eggar LLP. and G. H. Cornish & Co. where she garnered her experience in conveyancing/property law before relocating to Nigeria in 2009. She worked with one of the foremost law firms in Lagos, Pinheiro LP and as an Assistant understudying a now retired Chief Judge of Lagos State before joining Pistis Partners LLP. in 2014.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the current Secretary, Caretaker Committee and Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association, Abeokuta Branch.

Tayo is happily married with two beautiful children. She enjoys cooking, reading and traveling. She has a flair for gifting and interior decoration, which does in her spare time.
