Ms Kolawole is the founder and CEO of PaceUP Invest GmbH in Germany and PaceUP Invest SAS in France; a Fintech start up whose mission is to empower women financially and help with wealth building irrespective of their income towards attaining a responsible and sustainable future for themselves and their generation.

Ms Kolawole has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry: Investment banking, Investment Management, and Capital Markets in Goldman Sachs, Bloomberg, Reuters, and BMCE International London. She was a former VP Capital Markets and Treasury at BMCE Bank International London covering EMEA, Americas and APAC. She is a transcultural communicator and leader having worked on international assignments throughout her successful career.

Ms Kolawole is currently on the board of Kassavex, a social impact agricultural company in Nigeria; Launch Committee Germany 100 Women In Finance,  a mentor in progress at &ahead, Germany, and a mentor at The University of East London, UK.

Ms Kolawole graduated from The University of York, UK with a Diploma. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree at The University of Manchester in 2007, UK. She earned an MSc Finance and Investment Management with a Distinction at BPP Business School, UK in 2010. In 2020, she earned a double Diploma Executive MBA at Mannheim Business School, Germany and ESSEC Business School, France.

Ms Kolawole enjoys playing golf, mentoring, reading and playing silly games with her 3-year-old daughter.
