She aims to substantively contribute to the formulation of better national, regional and global energy policy that takes energy justice into account.

Presently, Noreen is a co-editor of a book which focuses on the impact of energy transitions and climate change on future developments in Africa. She speaks and publishes regularly on topical issues in energy and ADR.  She also guides young girls interested in the sector in developing road maps for achieving their career aspirations.
